Pricing & Resources

 

All classes, camps, workshops, and events are priced according to medium and time allotted. Each course, event, and camp description has a price posted.

For classes:

Once a student attends a class, the student cannot switch to another class until a new month.  NO refunds for missed classes, holidays, school events, illness, family events, weather, etc.  If proper notice was not given for withdrawal, and class fees were processed, a refund minus 10% may be given if approved by management for emergency situations.

Cancellations for classes and camps: 

 NO refunds will be given once payment has been processed.  If a cancellation needs to occur, we will credit an account to be used for future programs minus any registration fees.

Registration Fee:

 

Classes - $30 per family per semester school year (September-May), $10 for summer classes (June-August); NON-REFUNDABLE.

Camp - $10 is applied only for new students for summer camp registrations; NON-REFUNDABLE.

 

 Class scheduling:

 The first 4 weeks of the month only (or 3 if holiday’s intervene); i.e., if there are 5 Monday’s, only the first 4 Monday’s will have class. Any 5th week is not applicable and classes are not held unless it is used to make up for holiday time-you will be notified by the instructor or management ahead of time.

 

Payments:


 Payments are processed the monday before classes begin (one week prior to new month for a pre-payment requirement). Pre-payment for classes are required in order to fully manage class openings, project preparation, and supply ordering. Any delinquent account; the student will not be able to attend class until the account is up to date and make ups will not be available.

Enrollment:

It is automatically assumed you will be re-enrolling each month unless a two-week notice is given via a withdrawal form. Change/Withdrawal form



NO refunds for missed classes, holidays, school events, illness, family events, weather, etc.

A $30 service charge will be applicable for any returned checks.
