Pricing & Class Policies

All classes, camps, workshops and events are priced according to medium and time allotted. Each course, event and camp description has a price posted.

Discounts are not combinable (i.e. multi class/sibling with coupons, certificates and promotions). 

For classes and camps:  NO refunds will be given once payment has been processed.  If a cancellation needs to occur, we will credit an account to be used for future programs minus any registration fees and a 10% penalty. 

For classes: Once a student attends a class, the student cannot switch to another class until a new month.  NO refunds for missed classes, holidays, school events, illness, family events, weather, etc.  If proper notice was not given for withdrawal, and class fees were processed, a refund minus 10% may be given if approved by management for emergency situations.

Registration Fee: $30 per family per semester school year, $10 for summer classes; NON-REFUNDABLE. $10 summer camp registrations for non-students; NON-REFUNDABLE.

Class schedule is the first 4 weeks of the month only (or 3 if holiday’s intervene); i.e., if there are 5 Monday’s, only the first 4 Monday’s will have class. Any 5th week is not applicable and classes are not held unless it is used to make up for holiday time-you will be notified by the instructor ahead of time.

Auto payments are processed around the 25th day of a current month for the FOLLOWING month (one week prior to new month starting for a pre-payment requirement). Pre-payment for classes are required in order to fully manage class openings,project preparation and supply ordering. Any classes not paid by the 1st day of the month may incur a $10 late fee.
Any delinquent account; the student will not be able to attend class until the account is up to date and make ups will not be available.

It is automatically assumed you will be re-enrolling each month unless a two-week notice is

given via a withdrawal form.

NO refunds for missed classes, holidays, school events, illness, family events, weather, etc.

A $30 service charge will be applicable for any returned checks.
